The Palm Villa

The Palm Villa is a full renovation of an existing coastal property, redesigned to perform as a top-tier vacation rental. We took a targeted design and investment approach — identifying the interventions with the highest ROI. Using the character of the existing building and it’s context for inspiration, we crafted a one-of-a-kind property that separates itself from the competition. Aligned with our design philosophy of prioritizing how people experience space, every decision, from layout to finish, was made with a clear picture of who the modern vacation guest is and what they're looking for. The result is a coastal contemporary, elevated design that provides distinctive spaces for guests to gather, connect, unwind and recharge.
