This contemporary custom home draws on the rural farmhouse tradition while fully embracing its coastal setting — built on high-performance principles that deliver not just an energy-efficient home, but a healthier, more comfortable place to live. The design is the product of a true full-project partnership: from early visioning sessions that uncovered our clients' lifestyle goals, through a design process that balanced those goals against the realities of the site, to construction administration where we stayed on as their advocate, working alongside the build team to protect every detail of the original vision.
